Sony Ericsson are marketing the C510 as the “most affordable Cyber-shot handset yet.” And there is much to like about the phone. But, were photography to top your list of priorities, you might do better to look elsewhere.
Though no doubt a landmark in mobile telephony history, the G1 very much represents a work in progress for Google’s ambitions in this arena. Its fantastic Android operating system is held back by clunky hardware and an unimpressive feature set.
Despite its slick G600-alike looks, the J700 is very much at the entry-level end of mid-range when it comes to features.
Acknowledged by all as a missed opportunity, the Touch Viva is, as 3G.co.uk says, “an attempt to bring the Touch concept to those who can’t afford the expensive Touch Diamond or Touch HD”.
