I want to submit a user review. But why do you need to know the serial number of the phone or where I bought it?

Well, these are meant to be user reviews, after all. And to our way of thinking, if you own a phone, the odds are you’ll be the user of it. Apologies to those using phones they don’t own who wish to comment, but there’s a good chance you can do so on one of our Blogs. That said, if the phone’s not yours, and its real owner doesn’t know you’ve borrowed it, you could do the decent thing and return it.
